As everybody knows, web development trends significantly impact the world. When I had to write about career trends in web development, I researched many online sources. Still, I was impressed by the article The 8 Biggest Web Development Trends at the Moments by Alexander Ouellette. In Alexander Ouellette's report, the first paragraph explained that writing code could not make someone a developer. To be a good web developer, it is essential to work hard and understand the area the developer is working on. He also states web developer benefits could be seen in everyday life when we go to the market or bank. That is the result of the work developers found in different technologies. Alexander Ouellette provides a link for what a web developer does in their career.

Alexander Ouellette mentioned how web developers were handled since the coronavirus happened in the pandemic. Ouellette listed top web development trends that he thinks will reshape the tech landscape in the next while.

The first web development career that he listed as number one was "Artificial Intelligence. As Alexander Ouellette mentions, artificial intelligence has a high plan. Whenever we talk about the future of technology, many changes have been made in artificial intelligence. For example, he spoke of AlphaGo, a program built by Google and DeepMind, becoming the first to beat a professional Go player. He also attached the link to check for those unfamiliar with Go, and he said there is a way to learn the easiest coding languages right now.

Alexander Ouellette talks about the biggest tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Facebook are making their artificial intelligence products public. As stated in the article, "Artificial intelligence is already used by large applications, either to improve search engines, in Google's case, or in Wikipedia's case to identify inaccurate or damaged articles."

Alexander Ouellette puts the developers' expectation from artificial intelligence to access the necessary tools in artificial development. He concludes the first step by giving an example of the fake web designer product of Grid.

The second web development career from Alexander Ouellette's list is virtual reality. In his second point, Alexander Ouellette said that the further development of technology is virtual reality or VR. He said virtual reality trends have already started to sweep the gaming industry. He mentioned how virtual reality supports new and exciting possibilities in gaming, but it won't stop there. He also told the companies how they get help from virtual reality technology transition to the web. He concluded that virtual reality would grow further in different sectors.

The third step of Alexander Ouellette's list is the internet of things (IoT). He said the internet of things, long hailed as the future wave, is a movement in which usually non-internet-connected objects are given network access to send and receive data. He concluded this by saying even though the Internet of Things provides many opportunities for innovation, several concerns have been expressed, particularly about security. Web developers will undoubtedly confront exciting issues in protecting our fixtures and furnishings from hackers.

The fourth web developmental career on Alexander Ouellette's list is AI Chatbots. He mentioned that while they may have existed in prior years, 2022 is expected to be a significant growth year for this field of work. This is because the accuracy and usefulness of these chatbots have significantly improved and gotten more complex, providing many more chances for businesses to use them. SEMrush forecasts a 33.2 percent annual growth rate from 2020 to 2027. He also said in another paragraph, "Web developers fluent in machine learning languages such as Java, R, and Python will find themselves with a whole host of opportunities and interesting projects to get to grips with."

Alexander Ouellette concludes about AI Chatbots by saying, "In terms of whether this trend will be a longer-lasting one, it's easy to see that this is one of them. Companies will save money on employing customer support staff. Still, these positions have become increasingly harder to fill since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, meaning that they will save on recruitment costs."

The fifth list of Alexander Ouellette's articles is Angular 2 and beyond. He stated that "2016 also saw the release of Angular 2, and with it came a lot of changes — Google's frontend JavaScript framework has been completely redesigned." He supported his idea by adding the sentence, "It now takes advantage of JavaScript ES6's features, applications are written in TypeScript, and they now moved towards a more component driven architecture." He concludes his point, "Along with backward compatibility; Angular now has a more defined and regular release schedule. With Version 13 released in November 2021, the team intends to upgrade it twice a year, which means we're sure to see a lot more changes in this widely popular framework."

The sixth web developmental position on Alexander Ouellette list is Yarn package manager. He said, "package managers are viral tools, especially in the frontend JavaScript communities." He added that "They make it easier for developers to install, update, configure and uninstall code modules within their applications." As it was articulated in the article, "They do so by communicating with a registry of code modules and managing the various dependencies code modules usually have." The report explained the use of Yarn as Yarn intends to fix the problems that Facebook encountered with NPM, particularly in terms of performance, security, and consistency. He gives an example of NPM, JavaScript package managers, and the most popular JavaScript managers, which are NPM and Bower. The NPM and Bower registries are still accessible to this new package manager.

The seventh web developmental position on Alexander Ouellette's list is Static website generators. He said that static website generators produce webpages from plain text, typically kept in files rather than databases. Static webpages created with generators like Jekyll have some advantages in certain situations. He supported his idea by stating that they do not contain real-time or user-generated material, which has become a "must" on the internet nowadays. Many believe static site generators will be an intriguing topic to watch in the coming year as Content Delivery Networks and APIs become more commonplace on the web and make it easier to deploy content and templates. He concludes the step by saying, "separating the templates and markup from the "full-stack" way of thinking might just make static site generators the "it" thing again."

The eighth step on Alexander Ouellette's list was Web design evolution. In his first line, he puts the link for readers who are interested in design, and he points out a few trends to watch out for next year, which are:

  1. Movement-based interfaces will probably become a staple on the web. Perhaps when combined with libraries such as tracking.js, interfaces that respond to hand movements could be closer than we think.
  2. CSS container queries will become incredibly popular in responsive web design (RWD).
  3. Bolder and larger typography is likely to become more prevalent.
  4. People often want engaging and compelling ways to get their information quickly. This will likely elicit a rise in videos and other storytelling visuals.

Alexander Ouellette's final thoughts include, On the web, nothing stays steady for long, and the world of web development is no exception. Information is constantly evolving, and our methods to cope with it will continue to grow. If you are interested in reading more, he links to answer the question and explain.

Another online article titled Web Developers and Digital Designers provides data on web developers' and digital designers' annual earnings percentiles and skill scores.

Web developers and digital designers provided information on college majors showing data from the American Community Survey for the following US Census occupation categories. The data for bachelor's degree majors are shown in the figure below, indicating that the number of students getting a bachelor's in computer science is higher than others.

Web Developers and digital Designers' article also includes the duties of web developers What Web Developers Do. On the side, web developers make web designs and websites. They are responsible for the look of the site. They are also responsible for the site's technical aspects, such as its performance and capacity, which are measures of a website's speed and how much traffic the site can handle. In addition, web developers may create content for the site. Web Developers and digital Designers also give some information about web developers' work environments. As they said, about one to seven web developers were self-employed in 2014. Non-self-employed developers work primarily in the computer systems design and related services industry.

The Web Developers and digital Designers article also provides information on becoming a web developer. There are requirements in their answer to be a web developer: the typical education needed for a web developer is an associate degree in web design or a related field. Web developers need knowledge of both programming and graphic design. The job outlooks of web developers are projected to grow 27 percent from 2014 to 2024, much faster than the average of all occupations.

This web development and digital design supported 141,400 jobs in 2012 and 148,500 jobs in 2014, a 5.0 percent growth. In 2012, it was predicted that this occupation would grow by 20.2 percent to 169,900 employments by 2022. To stay on track with predictions, the estimated number of jobs in 2014 was 147,100, compared to 148,500, which was 1.0 percent higher than expected. This shows that current employment trends in this occupation are roughly in line with the 2012 trend. In 2014, it was predicted that this occupation would grow by 27.9% to 188,000 employments by 2024. Linear extrapolation of the 2012 prediction for 2022 yields an expected number of 175,600 jobs in 2024, which is 6.6 percent lower than the 2014 projection. This means that future employment prospects are substantially better than the 2012 trend.
